Nex.fin is a platform for issuing virtual cards with cryptocurrency balance. Our service allows users to create and manage virtual payment cards funded by cryptocurrency.

2. Eligibility

To use Nex.fin, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Have a valid Telegram account for registration

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your Telegram credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans

6. Virtual Cards

Virtual cards issued through Nex.fin:

• Are subject to network rules (Visa/Mastercard)
• May have spending limits and restrictions
• Can be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms
• Are funded by cryptocurrency which is converted at prevailing market rates

7. Cryptocurrency Transactions

You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can change rapidly
• Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Nex.fin belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nex.fin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency value, arising from your use of the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination
